Payments

At the time of pick-up, your kit will be inspected for damage and lost/missing items. The cost to replace missing or damaged materials is presented at the time of drop-off. Renters can pay by cash, check or pay by credit card* through Square Up, a secure and easy online bill pay system. An invoice will be sent electronically.

*A 2.95% convenience fee is charged for credit card transactions only.

Payment is overdue if not paid within 7 days of the invoice date. A $25 late charge will be added to your unpaid invoice if not paid on time.

Early Education Centers:

Kits are rented by the day and includes enough supplies to run TWO groups or classroom lessons simultaneously.

$80 per day ensures you provide a rich and creative lesson for your students.

Grades K-3:

Kits are rented by the day and includes enough supplies to run TWO group or classroom lessons simultaneously.

$90 per day ensures you provide a rich and creative lesson for your students

Families/Homeschools:

Kits are rented by the day and go for as low as $25*

*The price for home use is determined by the delivery distance; Email Rachel to discuss pricing

Kits are supplied with:

• Teacher background information

• A short, large group introduction lesson followed with small group activities

• All supplies are included & are designed to be Low to No Waste

• An electronic parent communication flyer is included

• Delivery and pick up of the kit is included in the price

• Each lesson is designed for ages 3-12 with different activities to meet the developmental needs of all

Each kit will be reorganized and sanitized between clients

• 24 hours of time will be provided between rentals on top of washing all materials

Schools must sign a rental agreement upon delivery; egregious damage to a nature discovery kit could result in additional charges to the school; this excludes regular wear and tear.
